Our Vision for Royal Parkballarat_community_garden

The creation of a re-developed facility that will showcase sustainable community actions and practice. It will be achieved through the development of a Sustainable Living Precinct that will include:

  • public open space for passive recreation, environmentally friendly play area, the use of local plants to create water-wise gardening and alternative landscaping design
  • renovated community resource and education centre
  • a community garden
  • office space for environmental community organizations and green businesses
  • a physical, intellectual & ecological domain

 

Possibilities

Studio space, Healthy Food Orientated Café, Retail outlet for enviro-friendly products and produce.
